Gender equity across every programme
Women, men, girls and boys are supported according to their specific needs. Women lead savings groups, farmer associations and community committees. Girls benefit from education support, hygiene promotion and protection awareness, while women access healthcare, livelihoods and financial inclusion. Community engagement addresses gender-based violence prevention, child protection and social inclusion.
Economic stability and self-reliance
Through Village Savings and Loan Associations, women and men save regularly, access small loans and invest in petty trading, agro-processing and services. Cash-based transfers and cash-for-work provide short-term relief while contributing to sanitation and environmental improvement.
WeSpeak (Muyi Magana)
