Here are our focus areas

Life Helpers Initiative is a regional not-for-profit organization headquartered in Sokoto Nigeria. Life Helpers has a very robust program focus, which as time passed and even currently, different interventions have been implemented in different locations where we have our offices. The areas are;

In the northwest zone and north east zones of Nigeria, the health indices are relatively stumpy in many areas which made our effort in this area more confident and engaging.

Having figured out the low level of literacy and poverty among the rural dwellers, our efforts are focused on mobilizing households and leaders in the community to improve girl child education, and school enrolment and empower them for effective learning.

Governance

Basic participation for marginalized groups – identifying, selecting, training and supporting women, youths and people with special needs to be involved in local and political governance

In order to enhance the livelihood of our beneficiaries who are largely peasants and small holders farmers, LHI under the agriculture component focuses on production, diversification and value addition, and market linkages.
