Role Summary:
As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization’s human resource operations. A key aspect of your role will involve meticulous record-keeping and updating of human resource data, as well as processing employee-related documentation. Additionally, you will actively contribute to recruitment efforts, conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, and vigilantly uphold the organization’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree/HND in human resources, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role is required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
