Role Summary:

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
