To commemorate 16 Days of Activism, FOMWAN, HSCl, USAID, Project Hope, and others joined forces to organize an event against GBV in Sokoto State.
Key stakeholders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, and 100 women groups attended. Life Helpers Initiative (LHI) shared our commitment to ending GBV.The event emphasized reporting cases, creating awareness, and promoting education.
Life Helpers Initiative Yobe joined the Yobe State Ministry of Women Affairs and UNFPA for the flag-off ceremony of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in Damaturu.
The event featured goodwill messages, drama presentations, and the launch of the 2024 campaign. We’re proud to be part of this movement towards a world free from violence.
